Love de Val joins NIS coming from a successful career and solid experience in recruitment in the consulting industry. After studying economics and psychology at Uppsala University, he returned home to Stockholm, where he quickly established himself in the industry. Twelve years later, he has held several strategic leadership roles in finance, business development and sales - experiences that give him both strategic and operational expertise to raise NIS Sweden to new heights. In recent years, he has also specialized in interim solutions for managers and specialists in finance, with very successful results.

Outside of work, Love has a keen interest in sports, both as a spectator and a participant. Tennis and football are particularly close to heart, as well as traveling to his friends in Florida to enjoy the sun and warmth.
