Regular Data Sources

The data stored in the registry is primarily obtained when you fill out a contact request, register for an event, or complete a job application. Data is also collected from messages sent by email, phone, social media services, agreements, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.

Content of the Registry

The data stored in the registry includes: name, position, company/organization, contact details (phone number, email address, address), website addresses, IP-address of the network connection, identifiers/profiles on social media services, information on ordered services and their changes, billing information, and other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

 

Regular Disclosures of Data

When external service providers maintain our information systems, their limited staff may access stored data within their technical authorizations. Parties involved in data processing must comply with data protection legislation, including obligations to maintain data security and ensure the confidentiality of data processing. In certain situations, such as co-organized events, we may share your information with our partners, for example, in the implementation of an event together with other companies. In this context, these partners may contact you regarding their company and the services and products they offer. The use of your data is limited to this purpose, and all partners must comply with data protection legislation, which includes maintaining data security and confidentiality. In situations other than those mentioned above, data is not regularly disclosed to other parties.
